Love the Show!
I have been reading a lot about the “Color Code System” (ie Condition white, yellow, orange, red, black) with regards to a stressful event or being prepared for a stressful event / attack etc… It seems that the goal is to be prepared so you can avoid going into Condition Black. What is a good way to train for this? Is it just “normal” training so you can go on muscle memory and autopilot if a situation arrises or is there something more we can do to keep from going to Condition Black when it hits the fan?
